We know that a claim can be very stressful. We are dedicated to making the claim reporting process as simple as possible so you can rest easy knowing your claim is being handled as efficiently as possible.

When reporting a claim, the following information should be provided:

1. Carrier
2. Policy Number
3. Narrative if it is not clear as to the nature of the claim or if the insured is advising as to a potential claim
4. Demand Letter, Lawsuit, etc…
5. Any other information you believe is relevant
